| I bought this TV for use in our kitchen/family room and as a potential backup to our main lounge TV. It only connects to the aerial socket in its current use. The set-up was simple and I was impressed that it automatically allocated BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4 and Five to channels 1 to 5 respectively. (I'm assuming they are not in that order in the spectrum, in which case this must involve some in-built intelligence). The picture quality is absolutely brilliant, so much so that I haven't even considered trying to make any manual adjustments. The sound is also very good. One minor quibble is that the response to remote control commands is a bit slow, e.g. up to four seconds to switch channels. |

| The Toshiba Regza 26AV615DB provides a brilliant picture and excellent colours. Any adjustments needed to the picture can easily be done from the menu which provides sliders against the various areas such as contrast colour etc. I was quite surprised at the quality of the image as this isn't a 1080p TV but easily matches my larger 1080p TV in terms of brilliance and sharpness of picture and sound. |

This TV is great. Great colours and picture when i connected it to my SkyHD box + from the BluRay player. Sound is also very good - crystal clear with a good bass response.
Highly recommended TV. The size of it is also good - for someone looking for a TV that isn't too big but not too small either.
Highly Recommended. 5/5 Stars

| The picture and sound quality are great, the TV guide could do with showing a review of what the program is about otherwise what a television. |

| I recently purchased both a 32" and 26" version of this TOSHIBA MODEL. Having bought the 32" first and being well impressed with every aspect of this TV I had no hesitation in the choice of 26" TVs. But unbelievably the 26" was more expensive than the 32". Excellent TV, great picture, ideal as a bedroom/kitchen TV etc.
The only real complaint is that for some strange reason the TV was supplied with a European mains lead with a 2 pin plug.
I phoned Amazon about this and they have promised to send me a UK one, after I had explained the difference, they didn't seem to understand.
Whether this was a one off error or not I don't know but it seems odd that a company the size of Toshiba should make an error like that. Everything else in the box was either in English or multi-lingual, so it clearly is not only intended for non-UK markets.
It wasn't a major problem as I had an adapter, and in any case if you are planning on hanging it on the wall with a slimline bracket you'll probably find, as I did, that the cable protrudes too much anyway. I have used a right angle adapter instead. |

Great picture and sound is excellent. Plenty of features to play with. I would have liked the EPG in a different format. It changes to the channel of the schedule you are trying to look at whilst you are watching the present channel.
For some reason I cannot stop the TV switching on the green light at the RHS front, in the early hours of the morning. This is apparently to do with timer programme settings, but I haven't set anything. Could anyone tell me how to stop this other than turning the TV off every night at the mains. |

The audio is awful, but quite good via headphones. I connected it to my old Sansui amp from the headphone socket, with 2/3 attenuation and it sounds fine with the bass boost off.
The default video setting is terrible too, but reducing the colour and editing the colour temperature to flat makes the picture very good indeed.
The manual tells you what to look for but not where, and it takes a while to find the analogue TV channels are tacked on the end of the digitals from 900 up.
The receiver seems very sensitive which is superb for my poor reception, and it does everything very well once you work out how. |
